CONTEST RULES

1. All accounts must be created by 11:59 PM EST of the last day of the month in order to qualify for that months drawing. If account is setup after 11:59PM EST the contestant will be entered into the next months drawing.

2. HookahAtYourHome Account holders will be automatically be enrolled in the next months drawing without notice. Account holders can remove themselves at anytime by submitting an email from the registered account holders email address. Submit all inquiries to support@hookahatyourhome.com. All withdrawals will be honored.

3. Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

4. Any entry which is suspected of fraudulent activity will be disqualified.

5. Services are nontransferable.

6. Winner will be notified within 7 days of the drawing.

7. Winner will be required to choose a mutually agreed upon date with HookahAtYourHome, for which services will be rendered.

8. Only one account per person is permitted.

9. HookahAtYourHome (commonly referred to as "HAYH"), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of HAYH. HAYH further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort.
