What exactly does Hookah At Your Home do?

We cater hookahs for various events - we provide the waterpipes (hookahs), flavored tobacco (shisha), and the expertise to deliver great flavor (as well as a great "buzz") to you and your guests. We setup and break down before and after all events, so relax, sit back and let us pamper you and your guests. All waterpipes come sparkling clean (We sanitize our pipes after every event with gentle nontoxic detergents). Hookahs at your event will promise a memorable experience for you and your guests. Hookah creates a relaxing atmosphere and encourages conversation and openness. We provide a high quality smoking experience unmatched by all. We promise a clean smoke from start to finish.

How long does Hookah At Your Home take to set up the catered hookahs for my event?

We will arrive approximately a half an hour prior to the time you schedule us to setup the waterpipes. Thirty minutes should be plenty to prepare everything that needs to be done. At the end of the session that you schedule us for, we will pack up all of our things, clean up any hookah induced mess (This takes approximately 15 minutes) and leave unless more time is requested. If the client feels that the event calls for more hookah hours, we will charge @ the rate of $20 per additional hour per hookah (i.e. if you scheduled us for 2 hookahs the next hour of time purchased will be $20 x 2 = $40.00).

I need a formal event, are you prepared for this?

We will dress to impress. Please just contact us about your special requests and we'll be glad to fulfill them. From Suit to Business Casual to Regular Casual - we have you covered.

What are the age restrictions for hosting a party?

Since our services involve tobacco use, we will not serve parties for a host under the age of 18 years old. If we, at our own discretion, believe that the host is under the age of 18, we will ask for a State or Federal issued ID card. Services will NOT be rendered until this request is met. Please note that the name on the ID card must match the name of the registered host. We may make a photocopy of this card and require signature on site as according to State Law.

Am I responsible for all of my guests being the legal age for smoking?

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING THE AGE OF YOUR GUESTS FOR WHICH THE HOST HAS CONTRACTED SERVICES FOR. Hookah Catering LLC does not provide services for minors under the age 18 years old. If age is a problem please check out our all natural Soex brand Herbal mix which contains no tobacco.

Are you licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to distribute tobacco products?

We are licensed under the name Hookah Catering LLC to both distribute and sell tobacco products.

Does Hookah At Your Home clean up after your services?

We are very careful with ashes and our special wind covers prevent charcoal ash from making a mess. However if a hookah related mess still occurs, we are well equipped to clean up and leave the place of your event in the condition that we found it at upon arrival.

What equipment do I need before you get to my event?

We provide all of the equipment for lighting the charcoal safely, avoiding a mess. We provide sanitary mouth pieces to all of your guests. All we ask is that you have the tables and leg clearance. The number one leading cause of hookahs tipping over is when the hose gets caught on the pants of someone either getting up or walking by at a too close proximity. Because of this problem we follow a few safety guides to reduce the risk of Hookah "tippage".
