PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM DISCLOSES THE SERVICE REFUND POLICY OF HAYH. This statement applies to you: (1) while using any World Wide Web Sites owned and maintained by HAYH; (2) while participating in events produced or sponsored by HAYH; and/or (3) for your purchase and/or use of any services offered by HAYH and its commonly held affiliates.

Service Refund Policy

Reservations purchased for events are “final sale” and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased, we cannot give credit towards another event. Should it become necessary for HAYH to cancel an event, amount paid will be refunded to the registered host.
