PLEASE NOTE THIS FORM DISCLOSES THE TERMS OF USE OF HAYH. This statement applies to you: (1) while using any World Wide Web Sites owned and maintained by HAYH; (2) while participating in events produced or sponsored by HAYH; and/or (3) for your purchase and/or use of any services offered by HAYH and its commonly held affiliates.

Your use of the HAYH Website and/or aforementioned events and services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, Release of Liability Waiver, Service Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Terms of Use

This is an Agreement to Indemnify and Hold Harmless.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hookah Catering LLC, Doing Business As 'HookahAtYourHome' ("HAYH") and their officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of Hookah Catering LLC or its officers, employees, sub-contractors, or agents under this Agreement.

HAYH is not obligated to screen the backgrounds or qualifications of any registrants or attendees at its events. Each attendee assumes full responsibility, and holds HAYH harmless against any damages resulting from any contact with individuals, the venue where the event takes place, or our web site, during or after HAYH sponsored activities. In addition, at HAYH events, Event Hosts and their Assistants may be Independent Contractors. Attendee agrees to release HAYH from any claims arising from actions taken by Event Hosts, Event Assistants, or the Venue in which the event takes place.
